Refund and Returns Policy

Since we provide customized / personalized PVC card printing, each order is made specifically for the customer.
Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.


All PVC cards are printed based on the details, photos, and documents you upload.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered,

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot accept a return.

Returns are accepted only in case of printing defects or damage during shipping.

We will deliver the replacement product within 5-7working days

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Wrong information uploaded by the customer
  • Incorrect photo or low-quality image uploaded
  • Typing mistakes from customer input
  • Change of mind after order placement

2. Reprint / Replacement Policy (If We Make a Mistake)

We will provide a free reprint if:

  • The printed card has incorrect details due to our error
  • Card design/format is different from what was selected
  • The card is damaged during printing before dispatch

To request a reprint, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photo/video of the defective card

3. Damaged or Lost During Delivery

If your order is damaged or lost during courier transit:

  • A free replacement will be issued
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Courier damage must be shown with photos/videos of packaging

4. No Return of Printed Cards

Custom-printed cards cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be reused.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts.
Once the design is processed or printing is initiated, cancellation is not possible.


6. Refund Eligibility (Only in Special Cases)

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • You are charged but the order is not created
  • Duplicate payment is made (one payment will be refunded)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
